In our local cuisine, the flavors of Moitas come to life through recipes prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Fish and seafood from traditional artisanal fishing, freshly made tapiocas, and typical dishes from Ceará are served in a simple and welcoming setting, surrounded by nature. More than a meal, we offer an authentic experience where tradition, hospitality, and culture come together to reveal the true essence of Ceará’s coast.
CULTURAL PROJECT:
The Memória do Pescador Project was created with the purpose of establishing, in Moitas, a cultural space and rural school dedicated to preserving and valuing the traditional knowledge of the community. It is a place for gathering and learning about artisanal fishing, local cuisine, life stories, and customs passed down through generations. Through workshops, talks, and cultural experiences, the project seeks to keep local memory alive and strengthen the identity of Ceará’s coast.
